This grappa is produced with the best types of pomace, deriving from the wine production process of Valtellina Superiore: from the wines Sassella, Grumello, Inferno and Valgella. It is an aromatic, strong and extremely fine grappa.
It is best if combined with the homemade pastries of Valtellina.
